I am guessing that this is not necessarily intended for antisocialists, but if you’ve seen them argue before you’ll know that they just redefine capitalism so only good stuff happens, making all of those scores of millions dead for the sake of profit irrelevant.

A quick retort is pointing out they are giving the impression that they have difficulty distinguishing between commerce and capitalism.
This does not even cover the purging of leftist all throughtout the world during the cold war.
Or the yearly deaths due to starvation, poor healthcare or police (and other capitalist tools) killings, global warming, deforestation and other anti nature capitalist practices, and so on and so on.
As other's have pointed out there's way more death though it is a fun video to share. There's at least a billion extra people born into poverty because of capitalism and the willful economic murder due to global capitalism is likely going to be > 1 billion. Heck, India alone - only counting for after formal colonisation ended - has >3 million excess deaths per year since independence compared to China and that's accounting for Western practice of counting "death" in China under socialism (such as unborn children because women's literacy rates went up).
