OMFG, I totally forgot that Ticketmaster is an American company, on top of just being awful and worth avoiding. I'd love to get a Ticketmaster boycott going!

I haven’t been in a few years but you used to be able to buy them at the stadium. You can even go days before. Maybe check the flames homepage and look for their hours / call ahead?
Thanks! Hopefully that's still an option, so I'll likely ask the next time I'm in the area or have time on my hands.
You probably can call and put tickets on hold for game day. I think I remember us doing it before. I quit Ticketmaster ages ago and definitely didn’t buy from them. We had season tickets for a while but picked up extra tickets for friends.
