No society has ever come back from below replacement levels. SK is just the worst example right now, literally everyone under 2.0 is going bye bye.

Kinda shocked that he didn't mention that a lot of western countries with below replacement level child births make up for it with immigration.

Not sure what SK is doing on that though.

Nothing. They have almost no immigration, are fairly racist / xenophobic, and have a huge language barrier.
