No no no! If CORPORATIONS have to Pay to Clean Up their CATASTROPHIC MESSES then they WONT Invest in the US and create ~~LAYOFFS~~ Jobs! We need TAXPAYERS to Clean this Up and I KNOW we can Afford it because I don't have my Social Security anymore!
