8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

MODERATORS
Why should the administration respond to Congress any more than they should respond to my local boys and girls club? Are they actually going to do something?
They're going to go to El Salvador and express how disappointed they are.
If they get really motivated they might sing a song or two in front of CECOT.
And will continue to do so.
Why would they respond. The most powerful branches of our system has decided to be chattel and have no respect for themselves or their positions. I never realized how important it was that when I was young a senator was a senator first and a party member second. Heck the state they was from was often more important.
The Empire had senators.
Well friends, hey, at least they tried. A dozen written requests. I don't know what more you expect them to do. Maybe a performative speech or rally will help.
