Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this implying they're planning on using the military against civilians?
At the very least it means more APCs/MRAPs in the hands of local police, at the worst, yes military police enforcing god knows what.
It means your local pig will get a fucking tank.
They scrape the lettering off of the tanks that say "military" and they'll say "police" now.
