it's more of a commentary of the medical, entertainment, and tech industry and it's at a theatre that seats <100 but yes

[–] Almacca@aussie.zone 4 points 2 days ago

Not interested in it. What I want to know is where are all the copycats?

Oh but the story isn't over yet...

[–] meliaesc@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago

Already a hero, just for hanging out with me at my place all week.

They should sell a single VIP seat for $1bn

[–] tigeruppercut@lemmy.zip 7 points 2 days ago

And that seat dumps the occupant down a chute into a fiery pit like in Dr Evil's lair

Ford's theater is the perfect venue for it.

My comment from another thread: https://startrek.website/comment/16491624

tl;dr: tiny production, would be astonished if they got $6k out of it, and that's not counting time, props, transportation, etc.

Great so Luigi gets his namesake used, and doesnt get anything out of it?

Just because the dudes in jail doesn't mean he should be taken advantage of.

It's illegal for him to proffit off of murder, assuming he's convicted. Until he is convicted, still, no such profits could be used in his defense. He's welcome to sue if he's found not guilty though.

Are you going to pay him for using his name in this comment?

Is it interactive like the rocky horror picture show? Can we throw toilet paper at the CEO?

[–] jagged_circle@feddit.nl 4 points 2 days ago* (last edited 2 days ago)

Its set after his arrest, so I doubt the CEO is in it.

The prison guards, however..

[–] Aatube@kbin.melroy.org 12 points 3 days ago

[–] xc2215x@lemmy.world 8 points 3 days ago
