can someone explain to me how this is propaganda? sure, Israel has kidnapped many more Palestinians but I don't see bad intent in this

They aren't missing in America so what does this accomplish? It's just to generate support for atrocities committed against Palestinians by only humanizing one side. The people posting these up probably don't even care about these people.
