This is just bizarre. At first I thought I missed the date and it was an April fools thing. But nope. Actually happened.

Someone did a personality quiz, as a team building exercise, and got the following result:

the Darth Vader category was described as a “very focused individual” who could bring teams together.

And then decides, fuck it I'm out see you in court! How is being described as focused and being able to bring people together a bad thing?

She was awarded the best part of a year's salary for this! This is why the NHS service is getting worse and worse.
