Nope. They'll just sell as many as they can and not put a single bitcoin on any.

Does the reviewer not know that miners can contribute to mining pools to share the profit on all blocks the pool mints, or does this little USB stick really require you to mine solo? Because if the latter then yes it truly is pretty useless.
