usually when I have a 16:9 video playing up top, it just fills the entire space because that's the aspect ratio remaining. as you can see, this one has decided to throw black borders all the way around it to shrink it even farther

This happens to me every once in a while, not sure why. Resizing the split screen so one side is 3/4 of the screen then putting it back to 50/50 often fixes it.

How did you get it to split screen in the first place?

Edit: I found it. Where has this been the whole time I had this phone?? Sad me :(

does it happen with other videos too? is it just that one app or other websites/video apps too?
