I mean, you can just not use all that BS in this case. My (oralb) toothbrush works perfectly fine even though i never connected it to Bluetooth, made an account and so forth. It just works and signals me the time intervals with quick breaks in the motor and red light if i press too hard.

Get a wooden toothbrush, some of them have biodegradable bristles too for a 100% environment friendly package. You don’t even have to throw it away, bury it in the backyard somewhere and it’ll go back to the dirt whence it came.
( also, you’re supposed to change toothbrushes / toothbrush heads at least every season )
