Why? You look good to me. I'm a guy and straight but the moment I saw your post and your picture, I didn't see anything unusual except a handsome young man.
Don't sweat it, it looks good on you and to someone new who sees you the first time, they would never notice.
When you start showing confidence in yourself, no one will ever see the lines anywhere on you.
The biggest problem here is your perception of yourself. You look good man, be proud of it.
Honestly man, I think you look good. Forehead lines are no big deal, I think mine make me look kind of distinguished. Nothing wrong with embracing the skin you're in, even if it's not the mainstream flawless skin you see online (most likely airbrushed anyway).
Ok to preface, everyone here is right, you do look perfectly fine. The lines are barely noticeable, I had to zoom in to even spot more than one. They also don't really age you, they look like normal facial expression lines.
That said, even if nobody else notices them, it's also ok to want to work on them. It's your face, not ours.
Firstly, I really do think they're mostly expression lines, i.e. not actual wrinkles. If that's actually true, you can reduce the appearance of them by drinking plenty of water and being very diligent in moisturizing. Apply a moisturizer morning and night. Don't over cleanse- for most people, it works best to use a gentle facial cleanser at night and just water in the morning. It's hard to tell from the picture, but your skin looks well hydrated in some places but not in others, so you might have combination skin. There's products specifically for that. If the small lines still bother you, you can look into a retinol serum. Those contain vitamin A and they'll make your skin renew itself faster, thus reducing the appearance of lines and slowing down the formation of new ones. Retinol makes your skin more sensitive to sun, though.
In preventing the deepening and forming of wrinkles, your best bet is to keep up what I said in the previous paragraph, as well as protect yourself from the sun. Even if your skin is of a tone that doesn't burn, the sun can cause skin cancer and also make you age faster. I myself have started using sun screen every day I go out when the sun is at least semi out, despite never having had a sun burn.
Last caveat, your skin WILL age. It's a fact of life. We can slow the aging and reduce the appearance of lines, but we have to accept that it'll happen either way. Cheers!
Start with 80 grit sandpaper and after 10 minutes move to 120 grit. Finish with a wet sand at 320. Apply carnuba wax in small circular motions with an applicator. When dry buff with an electric buffer wheel until smooth and glossy.
(I hope this doesn't need said, but just to make sure, to anyone reading, don't take Skeezix's comment seriously. It's satire.)

Nothing there needs fixing, I can't tell if I should be looking for hairline or wrinkle or eyebrows, it's all good, you've got problems nowhere.
I really don’t think you need to worry about them but the cause of the wrinkles is important. If it’s due to muscular movement then collagen can help a bit.

Tbh you look fine, but if it's really bothering you, moisturizing semi regularly might help

Don't go down the filler route, it's a slippery slope, requires upkeep forever.
Face massage can help but outside of fillers, botox, and whatnot, no se.
The only line I even see might just be from raising your eyebrows.
Eat more protein, drink more water?
Using lotion with salicylic acid in it regularly can help wrinkles look less deep.
