I had to work on some spreadsheet stuff this morning. My dock stopped working so a lot of it was done head down on one laptop screen. So now I feel a bit uugh and need longer screen free time than my walk at lunch

I haven't read any news in about 4 or so months.
Previously, I was glued every day doomscrolling multiple news sources and subreddits a day.
In a way, it's putting my head in the sand. But to be completely up front, my mental health has benefited significantly.
