what do you mean by "stopped allow to use links" exactly?

50/50 errors. for example: in netpass i getting error ffffffe4 after 5 min of waiting. in anemone3ds it just stucks on "downloading" screen if i will try to download from qr code. i already tried reconnecting to wifi and bring the console closer to the router. i have great connection to internet.
Do you have any custom DNS set up for your wireless connection? If so, it's worth a try to clear it. 3rd party DNSs are prone to just stop working and this can result your 3DS not being able to communicate with... anything.
Also, you can try this too, though you suggest that you can connect to your wireless access point, but also worth a try:
- Enter Rosalina menu
- Go to System Settings
- Select Forced Wireless Connection
- Find and choose your wireless access point
I'm not sure what it does, but some reported this option fixed their network issues. Different kind of issues, however...
