Question is, how did you find this thrash in the skater punk album? ๐คจ
Thrash Metal
Place to post and discuss THRASH METAL!
RULES (MUST READ):
- Please keep things relevant to thrash (death thrash, blackened thrash, crossover, speed metal etc. are permitted). While we understand it is subjective, if a moderator believes a song to stray too far from thrash, it will likely be locked. Please do not take this personally. Repeat offenders may see posts removed.
- Please search before posting a song, do not repeat posts.
- Friendly debate is encouraged.
- When posting a song use the format of "Band - Song [FFO: band1, band2]". This just helps keep things uniform. The "FFO" (For Fans Of) section is optional. It is for lesser known bands. (Stole this idea from the Death Metal community).
- No racist, sexist, blah blah blah... you get the idea. This is not the place to discuss sensitive matters.
- No NSFW content (apart from songs/album covers. If they do include NSFW content, please mark the posts as such).
- Post in English only (obviously you can post songs in different languages).
- But most of all have fun XD.

Alright, so I have a younger sister that started getting into punk and shit like that when we were both growin up, eventually settled on Sum 41 for a good year or two, and bought all their albums eventually. She'd blast em in her room, so occasionally I'd hear bits n pieces that catch my ear, like this very song lmao.
I forgive you lmao
This track always struck me as bizarre, within the album, but I eventually grew to love it.
Fat lip
Made a music video for this song in high school. It was for our final project in broadcasting, and it was by far the favorite by everyone else in the class. It just featured all my friends hanging out at the movie theater complex doing the same stupid things we always did with timed jumps, just like the original video and some skateboarding. I was happy since I was normally the worst at anything school related. Also, yes, I was really into all types of punk when I was in high school in the early 2000's, it was really big during that time, especially pop punk. My taste has changed drastically since 2005 on.
Yep, that's one of their most played songs on Tidal. Comes from their first album - All Killer, No Filler.

It's not Slayer, but surprisingly not bad!
