Post guidelines

I feel like they should stop calling them "settlers". "Settler" implies the little villagers in Civ or Catan, pioneering untamed lands.

These people are invaders. They're invading someone else's land. I don't know where this "settler" word came from but it doesn't make sense to me and I don't like it.

Same goes for the "IDF". In reality they're the Israeli Occupation Forces, so IOF is much more fitting

Calling them "settlers" is a major part of how all of MSM is complicit in the genocide.

They are state-sanctioned terrorists, who violently force Palestinians from their homes to steal and colonize their land.

I agree, but i also wonder if settler was never a good word, and we just thought it was.
