Practice, practice, practice.
Not really joking, use a toy though not the real thing since you have total control over the toy
... puts that out there and immediatley takes it away from someone. I'm sure real works fine for practice as well
I mean, it's not very exciting. Slide it in till you start feel your gag reflex kicking in, try to keep it calm and hold it there for a while. When you get used to it, go a little further. Rinse and repeat
