In the end it always comes down to me pulling myself out of it. It gets exhausting to do it every few months. There's a sense of dread when I can feel it start up again. But it's doable.

Nah man ... that convo happens at 6pm. At 3am I'm offloading for sleep. I actually like the oblivion of sleep. It's that mini death, the sneak peak of real peace.
