Sounds like it's going to build a framework for copyright holders and creators to sue people for sharing an AI generated likeness of someone's voice, body, whatever.

As long as faceless, trans national corporations with no sense of right or wrong and driven only by greed can help us understand and legislate I'm sure we'll be fine.
