Fine but an absolute joke that palace didn't get the penalty on Eze.

Eh what penalty on Eze? If we're talking jokes in the game, surely Tomi's red card and the lack of a card for Ayew are the real scandal? Shame the ref ruined the game before Arsenal got a second.

The red card was surely a joke too but the answer isn't to take away a pen.

I'm really not trying to be facetious, but I didn't see the penalty on Eze. I don't think Palace was cheated out of penalty.

It was called then rescinded by VAR. You put that on the other end of the field and there is zero chance it gets overturned. But hey, sometimes you gotta pay the top six tax. Not to mention Partey should've been booked for calling the ref an idiot on the penalty call.

A poorly reffed game all around.

Yes. The top six tax. Like Arsenal at Brentford last year, Southampton last year or Everton last year. All three clubs famously part of the top six. It's always against the small clubs and never against bigger clubs.

The call on the field was no pen, and VAR just upheld the decision. But even if it had been called initially, there was barely any contact at all, and Partey was moving out of the way. It was never a pen, and I really don’t know why you’re arguing the point like this
