It's just good to get something in this website for casual viewing whilst refreshing original content is added overtime.

Absolutely, I think one of the small perks that come with moving out of Reddit is being able to create your own communities as you see fit.
You could do that on Reddit, too...
Kinda. If your sub on Reddit ever gets to a certain popularity you will be forced to fall in line with the beliefs of the head corpos or you will or be ousted and replaced by an in house puppet.

There's also only one sub of any name, and if that gets banned or privated.. time to make "r/reallyfuckingenraging"

Antivaxxers are literally dangerous, if platformed - I personally and indirectly know people who very nearly accidentally killed themselves with that stupid bullshit - still might, actually. "Here to be contradicted" is a nice, optimistic thought. It doesn't work though: this is not reasoned debate with reasonable people. They are the pigeon on the chessboard.
The only danger they pose is to themselves and the witless.
Having said that, they can be really boring and monotonous. Their arguments are gormless at best, and don't have the intelligence to know when their vacuous arguments have been shot between the water line.
Will they learn anything. Nope. They are immune to intelligence (see what I did there?).

Well I’ll ask the obvious question then - can we start removing things that don’t qualify as mild? If so, what has been the issue up to this point: That users aren’t reporting these posts, or that you didn’t want to overstep in your capacity as mod?
Mildly infuriating: calling this place a "sub", which is short for "subreddit". On Lemmy it's a "community".
I agree with OP. There's a lot of political energy in the comments and maybe a second, more political board, is a good idea.
Apparently there needs to be a "MildlyInfuriatingNonLinuxProblems" too.
Every other post is someone complaining about Microsoft/Apple products. Like Geez I hate them too but shit half of these aren't even real problems, you just want to complain about every little thing.

Just from the name I'd say it's the opposite. Antiwork is a community/movement opposed to capitalist exploitation of workers. Anti-worker propaganda is propaganda which is against workers. Saying they're lazy, incompetent, don't deserve increased pay etc.

Personally, I've never seen it on here. I'm just trying to translate what it seems like they were saying.
The great thing about fedi is you canvmake your own MildlyInfuriating and mod it how you'd like. If enough people feel the same way it will grow.
