I think each country has to decide for themselves what they're going to do about the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Especially those countries who have been on the receiving end of US unilateralism as described in the article.

Despite all the past offenses of the US and the west, in this instance I think the west is acting as a force for good. Ukraine was invaded by Russia under false pretenses of "denazification" . The Ukrainians are asking for help to resist an invader. We should help them.

Countless dead Vietnam, Iraq, Afganistan, Libya, Syria....

Many in Cuba impoverished by an unjust embargo..

Do we need more examples? The West is extremely hypocritical.

Doesn't make the war with Ukraine any better.

Because the West is hypocritical and selfish. You can't seriously expect the world to support you against Russia when you just spent 20 years on a murder spree in the Middle East.

What it's really baffling is actually how the majority of westerners aren't seeing this NATO/US - Russia with the same scope as the non-western countries, since this time is as obvious as the "Iraq has Weapons of Mass Destruction" thing in 2003.

Guys, I know indoctrination is a hell of a drug, but damn, this has reached cult levels already.
