I made crab cakes last night and had way more meat than I realized. Ended up just making a bunch of crab cakes and a remoulade (thanks Serious Eats!). Turned out great, but now I'd like to mix it up a little.

How else can I eat crab cakes? I was planning on maybe thowing a poached egg on one for today. Any other ideas?
