Notice she didn't eat it. She probably ended up throwing the irons and the chicken away. For that...

Yep, they also had a cut right when cameraman got the plate. The chicken breast afterwards had some yellow tint to it, so I suspect it was a different piece with some curry marinade. Or they at least finished the same piece in the oven. Still dryer then the Sahara after 3 years of rehab.
