I didn't get shit of what he said. Mainly because I'm not from the US but also cause I never understood the sovereign citizen shenanigans.
And because half of this hardly qualifies as English.
I think he's trying to "purchase" a car, with a made up document that acts as an IOU
He thinks by submitting a 1099a to pay, he is accessing the secret trust the government holds in his name worth 2 million dollars. That's what they believe.
I think the part about cursive may allude to how they think capitalized block lettering is magical. Just a guess, may be wrong.
