We do have that here and... well, sometimes I see things like this or how people eat during the hollidays and... yeah, at those moments, I wish they revoked it.

I am watching this curled up in bed from a debilitating lactose-induced stomach ache.

I think this video extended the ache at least half a day longer.

Me too! I'm allergic to cow's milk but thought putting just a little cream in my smoothie would be okay. Whyyyyy am I so stupid?

Because milk and it's byproducts are delicious 🥲 prayers for your digestion and immune systems bestie, a milk allergy is way harder to deal with than lactose intolerance imo

The results are pretty much identical for me. We thought I was lactose intolerant until we realized lactose free whey still wrecks me. Goat milk is safe, though!

I do something very similar. I make cheese shells for tacos. It tastes amazing and is a great meal when I'm on keto
