Can you describe what it feels like? Is it more about the pain or the temperature? Brain freeze to me is far more about the pounding pain with quick onset.
It’s an intense cold right at the top of my stomach when I eat frozen foods. It pretty uncomfortable for about 10 sec.
Bro that sounds like acid reflux damage reacting to the cold. Do you have any other GI issues.
I don't get belly but I get chest freeze.

I get back freeze, and i find it far more painful than brain freeze.

Upper, like between my shoulder blades.

Yeah I get throat freeze.
Much preferable to the ball freeze.
Is that when they turn blue? I know I've gotten that many times...
