do you have any recommendation for a site to read all rss feeds?

[–] Crul@lemm.ee 4 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I use https://commafeed.com/ public instance, it has a limit of 2000 feeds.

It's open source, so you can host your own instance: https://github.com/Athou/commafeed/

I remember liking Feedly, but it's been forever since I've used rss for anything other than podcasts.

The euphemism "bathroom" doesn't make much sense when it's animals saying it.

[–] figaro@lemdro.id 4 points 1 year ago

... Bath? ... Room? ...toilet??? Oh the ground. You are talking about the ground, everywhere. Got it.

The last panel makes this feel like Garfield boomer humor.

I guess a more modern final panel would probably be the other two geese accidentally eating turds with giant smiles on their beaks while the one in the middle cries

I must confess that I posted this partly as an experiment. I genuinely found the comic funny, but when I reread it, I didn't understand why, it's actually quite bland and I wanted to see how others reacted.

It's 100% because of the goose face on the last panel. It's fantastic.

[–] idunnololz@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

Yeah I think the last panel should zoom into the face more.

[–] PancakeBrock@lemmy.zip 2 points 1 year ago

I think it's funny because I have a goose and she shits everywhere all the time.

[–] Brunbrun6766@lemmy.world 5 points 1 year ago (1 children)

It's fine, he didn't end it with how much he hates his goose wife so it's hardly boomer humor

[–] samus12345@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago

Or about how kids can't live without their phones.

[–] imgonnatrythis@lemm.ee 3 points 1 year ago

Prefer current to turd eating.

[–] fragmentcity@lemm.ee 2 points 1 year ago

Or they both turn their backs on him and start pooping and eating at the same time.
