Having worked in the A/V industry, HDMI is the weakest video cable of all, there is a reason why pro video still uses SDI

DVI-D is my favourite. Same screw in mount of VGA, but digital with pins that require a hammer to bend.
VGA cables literally had screws on the sides to keep them in the holes they belong in
Well, it clearly works.
Until one of the screws magically pops out or breaks and then the other one has to shoulder the burden

Have they tried turning it off and on?
I had this happen to a mouse dongle on my work laptop once, the IT guy ripped it out with a pair of pliers.
Have been the IT guy with pliers before, it happens more than you would think lol
I'm always a little impressed. More raged-up hulks out there than you would think.
Looks broken to me. Not sure, should be tested.
