From what it seems, no. This means they have more than enough missiles to sell some, even though they are in the middle of a "war" (genocide). They will also most likely not use the funds for anything good.

I pretty much completely agree with the rest of your comment, but I don't think we have a delivery date. Rafael might be hedging that domestic demand will be down by the time these are due.

Next time israel is going to commit Genocide Canada will have a stockpile of rockets to send them so they won't run out.
