Words have meaning for a reason. Try educating yourself instead of talking in pictures. It'll probably help you in the long run.

Grammar also holds meaning. The quotes around the word "Scam" in the image indicate a loose meaning of the word. The author likely couldn't think of a more suitable name for it, so settled on one that was good enough so they could communicate the problem and help others.
Precision is only important if you are being precise. Their point was easily made without the need for precision.
