One day it’s a little space madness then before you know it they’re like ”hey, wanna come play this game I found in my mom’s drawer?”.
TenForward: Where Every Vulcan Knows Your Name
/c/TenFoward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!
Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.
~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Hating someone off of their race, culture, creed, sexuality, or identity is not remotely acceptable. Mistakes can happen but do your best to respect others.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 3. Use spoiler tags. This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon' and fuck over our artist friends.
Fun will now commence.

On the one hand, I have no idea what Ashley Judd saw in that kid. On the other hand, that kid turned out to be a near-omnipotent being, so I guess that was her loss.
"What are these totems in there labeled Buzz and Woody?"
"I'll explain it to you later."
"Space madness" in this case was just some nebula or something that basically turned the air or something into alcohol. I can't remember Crusher's exact explination, but simply put everyone was made super drunk by an anomaly.
Which makes the fact that Data was affected by it hella weird.
What's worse is that this is all the explanation we get for why Data was affected and it comes from Data himself while he's affected...
We are more alike than unlike, my dear Captain. I have pores. Humans have pores. I have fingerprints. Humans have fingerprints. My chemical nutrients are like your blood. If you prick me, do I not leak?
So apparently, androids can get drunk because they have pores, fingerprints and chemical nutrients.
Yeah, that bugged me a bit. I know he's got liquid components moving through him like blood, but it still wouldn't work that way.
The big, shiny, red, CANDY-LIKE, button!
I can still hear the voice in my head from 30 years ago, lol
Well it probably is space madness
Now tut and walk away
It may be space madness, but that's no excuse for space RUDENESS.
