Because not voting doesn't really accomplish anything. Dems voting uncommitted in the primaries sent a message, sort of. But not voting at all as a protest won't really change anyone's mind. So it gets assumed that anyone on the left saying don't vote is a Russian troll trying to get trump back in office because his army of sycophants is only slightly diminished, so if biden support wanes in a few areas, trump could easily win in 24.

Well, ITT you're asking questions specifically engineered to provoke answers that "break community rules" - that you put in place, so you get to remove them. That is looking a lot like the behavior you'd expect from trolls.
