Oooh, everyone gets to try raiding with 300ms+ latency! Excited!
TL;DR: all regions will be able to travel to Oceania from March 24/25 until the release of Dawntrail (this excludes Oceania which cannot travel to itself or any other region).
I am personally looking forward to being able to play with friends from other regions. Even if we can't meet at home, it'll be nice to interact together on neutral ground.
Good thing they are testing this for Dawntrail. People that transferred over to Aether and other "raiding" DCs will definitely regret their decisions when it launches.
