If you used a credit card, Walmart knows what you purchased with it. But they’re going to make you dig up receipts to get your refund. Assholes.

That's how all class actions work. Not like Walmart is being particularly evil just by following the norm. Settlement amounts are usually fixed at a certain point anyway, so you just end up getting less money when more people get the disbursement

It will be interesting how they will handle people that use Walmart Pay, since it will store their receipts in their system (on the app/cloud)?
