Keir Johnston has appeared at the High Court in Glasgow after being charged with the attempted murder of Grace Johnston at a holiday home in March last year.

Idk I just thought this was weird so I decided to share it.

Daily reminder that the Daily Mail is a trashy tabloid out of the UK.

He spread his homicidal insanity to all the people who think that dress is black and blue.

Repent, brothers!

I remember seeing this image originally and the, at that time, I could only see black and blue. Now though, I can only see white and gold. WTF? This image still confounds.

There's a pretty solid theory that the perception of the dress is related to your circadian rhythm and how your brain interprets light - you're either a lark, or an owl (early or late). If you're a lark, your brain expects things to be lit by sunlight. An owl expects incandescent light. So in the absence of other clues about the correct color of the dress, your brain decides the color based on its expectations for how colors look in the kind of light you're used to getting.

So earlier today when I wrote the post it seemed clear as day that the dress was white and gold, but now it looks black and blue.

I was in a brightly lit room and it was early afternoon back then, and now I'm in a dimly lit room and it's evening.

I see like, pale blue and sorta bronze, and that's the only thing I've ever seen regardless of time of day and my environmental lighting. I'm not sure what that says about me.
