We need an "accelerated animations" option for super arts (lemmy.ca)
 

Watching the moves play out was fun for the first month but it starts to get old after a while. There needs to be an option to skip part of the animation or play it at 2x speed in matches.

Found this the easiest way to change it and it worked. This is going to make a decent difference to my daily quality of life.

Same boat. With kids it becomes really hard to find time to game for long periods. I look for games with short rounds. Halo infinite, SF6 etc.

Looking for games with strong female leads for my daughter (even just to watch as I play). Came across this link, but they're a bit age-inappropriate. Any suggestions from the community? in c/games@lemmy.world

Street fighter 6. Pick Juri, Kimberly, Manon or more. With the new Dynamic control system, even your kids can easily play with you.

I love Netflix. I'd happily pay them $20 per month for a single account. The problem is their content. It's not original anymore. Shows with real story and depth have been replaced with reality tv and typical Hollywood formula. Sad seeing the slow decline of the platform that started out so great.
