In politics you choose a direction. Do you want more death, less death, or don't care about the deaths.

Trump is more deaths, Harris is less deaths, not voting is that you don't care about the deaths (or a different differentiating issue matters more)

Those are your choices when it comes to voting and encouraging others to vote.

That is your impact, pick one

Definitely just vote.

Polls are meaningless, even in 2020 they still underestimated Trump across the board, but no one talked about it because it wasn't a close race.

2024 polls have Trump more likely to win and rising

No way with this supreme court. They already gave blanket immunity for anything done as president, which is absolutely insane and should have people rioting

I would place the most blame on Regan for gutting social infrastructure surrounding mental health and safety

Musk wasting money to support fellow inhumane people is a given, if what you said happens the only delta with normalcy is the victims of alt-right trash finally will get compensated

In order for politics to align towards your values you have to vote for the candidate closest to them, which forces the losing parties to get closer or die, which pushes the winning party to move towards you.

If you throw away or don't vote none of that happens because you have no impact.

I'm with you and all, but shouldn't we wait before considering it a victory?

Plenty of racists and sexists out there who won't say a word about Harris publicly but will vote for Trump the second they enter the booth no matter what.

Sounds like a wild judgement of another person who you know nothing about.

Well yes, but think of how much more expensive our lives would be if we couldn't exploit child labor without having to see it.

Agreed completely, the fact that some continue to swim in that cess pool confuses me
