Nah I assume that's from the part of the job where they rip old bits out to put shiny new chrome in.

My understanding of the actual tabletop lore is that basically for every decent ripper you're likely to encounter as a player there's easily a dozen that are like what you describe.
If I can't install it myself I ain't getting it. All those other Rippers are third rate hacks I wouldn't trust to chip a fucking corpse choomba.
I was so confused for a second before I reread the post title. I could read the sentence in the little preview image just fine and was like "what do you mean a failed English teaching initiative?" Time to dive into this rabbit hole I guess.
Something something Shiego.
Based schizoaffective hallucination?
Because surely they don't mean me. I'm one of the good ones.
What do you think the over/under is on gay cis man vs straight trans woman on ole Falco here?
Cynically that means that the spoiler effect might actually work in our favor if he does go through with it. I'm not gonna hold my breath for it, but it would be so funny if Musk's ego actually leads to the Republican party splitting and losing because they can't decide how many poor people and minorities they want to throw into a wood chipper.
They're supposed to have different tastes? I've tried several different kinds of rum and vodka along with a Buddy of mine buying some Crown Royal Black to share with me at my 21st and I couldn't tell the difference between any of them. I could tell the difference between a few of the different beers I've tried but none of them tasted anything like they were described to me.
Coffee and tea both do it, but both depend on how strong they're brewed and are generally easier to push through than any alcohol I've ever tried. Espresso though is vile no matter what. Salad generally is fine though depending on the vegetables used certain ones are more powerful than others. Like lettuce on its own has this weird finish to it and that's the extent of the unpleasantness.
As for alcohol I've had a few different kinds of rum, whisky, vodka, a few different wines, and basically I can't tell the difference between anything that isn't the wine. It's like once it hits a certain proof all I can taste is the alcohol part.
To add to this, for many phobic leaning people they have never actually met a trans person in their lives. The most exposure they have to us is the propaganda they've been fed for years about how we're all either groomers or were ourselves groomed into being trans. The closest a lot of them have come to a real life trans person is a cis woman they've mistakenly labeled as trans in their minds because they find her kind of ugly.
