The 2000s version could be overcome completely by spamming pass down the field, scoring point after point before catching the snitch for an easy win. It was pretty laughable

That lines up with my beta experience, obviously minus the expectations. It feels hectic and rocket league-y, and juggling between roles with their abilities (keeper can give speed rings, beaters knock people out, etc) was fun.

Definitely feels like a game you could dominate with basic team communication though
