They say the standard version is all natural but the low salt version is fortified. Don’t know why the ingredients say that as the nutritional info is the normal place.

Nutritional information Vegemite is a source of B vitamins, specifically thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and folate (B1, B2, B3 and B9, respectively). The base version contains no vitamin B12 (cobalamin) although both vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and vitamin B12 are added to the low-salt formulation.[38] The main ingredient of Vegemite is yeast extract, which contains a high concentration of glutamic acid, the source of Vegemite's umami flavour. Vegemite does not contain any fat, added sugar or animal content. It contains gluten (a composite of storage proteins) as the yeast is derived from brewing.[39] One 5 gram serving contains 173 mg of sodium, which is 8% of the recommended daily intake of sodium.[40][41] Australia only defines low salt foods, but by UK standards Vegemite is classified as a high salt content food.[42] A low-salt version of Vegemite was introduced in September 2014. It has a 25% reduction in sodium content. The low-salt version is also fortified with vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.[38]

The vitamin B in Vegemite is naturally occurring from the yeast process. It’s not added.

When billionaires want to get rid of private ownership of intellectual property, which it turns out they want to use, next will be patents. Strange, most patents are owned by corporations which means billionaires own most, so patents are safe?

If Musk and Dorsey are singing from the same sheet it implies that Dorsey can’t be trusted either. So much for BlueSky.

I thought Trump was expanding it to everyone. Probably including people in other countries he doesn’t like.

Isn’t Trump a convicted criminal? There would be a lot of happier people if they just sent him to El Salvador.

This DEI label which implies bias in favour of minorities over the deserving majority is wrong when it says Trump is purging DEI. What he is doing is purging the majority of Americans, not “white”, female and foreign. A lot more of them than the good old white boys.

I know the conservative law and order types would be happy to get rid of any undesirable people (according to their own personal criteria), what they don’t realise is that everyone is likely to be affected by an administrative error. Effectively, justice is handed out by judge Dregg emulating cops not the courts.

It’s time for Europe and the rest of the world to sort out Putin. No time to waste on wasters.

It’s all built on trust and stability which is hard to earn but oh so easy to throw away.

That about clinches it, with so much lack of empathy he is definitely a psychopath.

There are always those who aren’t able to vaccinated or the vaccine doesn’t work for them which is why herd immunity is so important. The anti-vaxers blithely put themselves first and increase the risks for all those who can’t get immunity. Pretty antisocial.
