Are you using any CSS tweaks? I just had a similar issue using Lepton. But rather than moving my menu buttons it just made them vanish all together...

My entire school had a banned words list they put on a board near the main door.
I remember walking in past the board one morning only to get pulled back by a friend, he didn't say anything just stood pointing at the board....They added 'Milf' to the list of banned words.
The office job I had before Covid had machines with Windows XP stickers on the front running Windows 10.
Took near 10min to get to the login screen, and you had to remember to save all your work before trying to open an browser because it was semi common for Chrome to crash everything else, sometimes the whole computer. (and yes we were forced to use Chrome...)
My friend had one (maybe an older version) and it wasn't very good quality, kinda felt like crap out the box and broke within a month.
I wish modular controllers caught on as I also never liked the Xbox layout, which has only gotten more common even on 3rd party Playstation pads.
I tried to search for a source to see what license this supposed new init would be using. Couldn't find it in the official or AUR repos and couldn't find a git hosted anywhere.

Anything running the Gnome desktop will work fine.
I also had a Surface Pro 3 running Debian + Gnome. I Gifted it to my father for casual web browsing and It's working great for him.
I got multiple friends who use Linux at work and Windows at home.
Meanwhile the two of us that use Linux at home never worked in anything tech related, we're just massive nerds apparently.
My PC is a PC, PS1, PS2, PSP, PS3, GameCube and Wii.
