Get to know your neighbors. A good relationship with your neighbors is life changing. Other than that, find like minded groups on Facebook or though your local community centers.
Something like reddit doesn't long if it's not profitable. He's not in the same reality that we are
Honestly, a 3 day, partial shutdown is less than 1% percent of their annual online time. The strike has got to last much longer imo

For me, I haven't left yet but I will significantly reduce my time on reddit once my app of choice shuts down (Boost). If reddit updates their app to the standard of the 3rd party apps they are killing, I'll be happy to continue my use. Side note, I've found lemmy (jerboa app use) because of this and will hang around here regardless of what happens with reddit
Boost was amazing for me. Daily user, but not anything other than browsing, some commenting, and minimal posting. Is live for the dev to take a crack at a lemmy app
I like oat milk. It tastes the best and it's one of the least environmentally impactful, I think
Just got to get to a blind curve or hill and hope there's a turn off, not that I've ever done this of course, but it works
