Hi,

Did anyone try this yet ?

Thanks

Hi,

Did you end up doing it ?

Thanks

Hi,

A neat blog-focused front-end would actually be super awesome IMO.

I so agree. Did you find any ?

At first I considered using the official Lemmy UI with custom CSS & JS injected, but versioning is still zero-based (0.y.z), which means breaking changes can happen at any time, and that can cause huge issues with customization.

Now I'm considering alternative clients, like Alexandrite, but it's unsupported despite being maintained.

Many want to be on the fediverse but interact just through blogs. A sort of blogo-verse (not sphere).

Did anyone achieve this yet, whether using Lemmy or something else ?

Thanks

However, I just discovered the Alexandrite alternative web client has this feature ! 🎉

Wayland, on KDE neon 6. Thanks

Those apps are probably running under X11. Make sure they are running with native Wayland support

How do I check these ?

for Chromium apps you should add --ozone-platform=wayland --enable-wayland-ime to the command line arguments

Where ?

Thanks

Hey,

I just noticed this as well, then found your post through my search engine, then was about to proceed in creating a new feature request on GitHub, but noticed I actually already did (Search input in community sidebar · Issue #1648 · LemmyNet/lemmy-ui), merely days before you posted this !

And maintainers have yet to respond to it, so I pinged them, hoping it will help move things along. 🤞

Profiles are separate browser instances : settings, bookmarks, navigation data (history/cookies/etc.), plugins, etc. are all isolated.

It's an ideal separation between personal and professional.

In any case, the Mattermost community is the best place to get support.
