No worries! Thats exactly where it is. The burned on stuff goes all the way down the side and around the back.
I’m afraid this bing need to be totally taken apart but i haven’t done much more than investigate and pull at some easy pieces so far.
Keep in mind this is my first printer and I’m new to the hobby so I’m at the why isn’t this working and why did I do this to myself stage. This might not be a problem for more experienced people. Thankfully this community exists because I’d be lost otherwise
The problem is I don’t even know what happened or how the pla got around that silicon sleeve. Part of me just wants to say forget it and continue to print with it like this but I feel like this is just a fire waiting to happen.
Thank you for the advice! I think I’m gonna run with it and put the printer in the closet for a bit.

Filament some how leaked up and burned on. I just don’t have it in me to keep tinkering. I just want to print

[SOLVED] Extruder clicking

Is there any reason that little silver part of the extruder wouldn’t move and start clicking while printing when printing at 205 in PLA. It seems to turn just fine without any filament in there otherwise.
I cleaned out a nozzle clog, but is it possible there’s junk in the hot end stuck?
Resolution: Thanks for your help everyone! It ended up being a nozzle clog that I didn’t get all the way out. I ended up heating the printer up and doing the cool down trick. That seemed to work as a last ditch effort before buying a new nozzle.
Horse. A friend of mine brought some from Iceland and was kind enough to share. Its somewhere between pork and beef to me.
The fermented shark he brought back on the other hand, was the worst thing I have ever tasted. The smell alone cleared the room, and as one chef instructor said, “it smells like dirty pussy”.
I think its been a solid 6 or 7. Im not going to binge it like i did fo4 and am taking a bit of a break to restart Monster Hunter World since the last time I played was on PS4.
There’s a good game there, but I prefer the crafting systems from FO4 or even 76. Same with the looting. I can’t kill someone for their hat and its really annoying that enemies don’t always drop their gear like they did in prior Bethesda titles.

5 hours of over time a week when I need it. I cant do second jobs and the monetization of things I enjoy makes me loathe actually doing them.
