I don't understand the admin's last sentence:

We try to do everything legally, but we need to avoid risks whenever possible

Isn't it less risky if it's legal? There's no need to hide and fear repercussions from authorities? Them moving to Ukraine where any pornography is illegal is contradicting this statement lol. Perhaps they think that the Ukraine government has bigger things to tend to (well uh the war) and the provider would be willing to accept any money they can get right now?

Update? (burggit.moe)
submitted 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago) by KusaMower@burggit.moe to c/bluearchive@burggit.moe

It has been a week since I posted and asked about what should be allowed here. I think I've got a rough idea on what to do based on the replies I've gotten in that post. https://burggit.moe/post/72607

Flairs does not exist on Lemmy yet, but I think for now we can sort of implement this on our own and make it easier for people to filter stuff they don't want (provided they use a client that can do so). From now on, these "flairs" should be the first thing in the title of a post. They must be enclosed in square brackets, "[example]".

Flairs:

  • Lewd: Explicit sexual art (mark as NSFW)
  • Risque: Suggestive art (mark as NSFW)
  • Cute: SFW art
  • News: Any news related to Blue Archive
  • Disc: Short for discussion and can be used for anything that doesn't fit in any of the above flairs

There's no guides flair because I'm thinking of making a megathread for it and people can use [Disc] if it's not covered in the megathread. Other than that, it also seems like tagging a post as a spoiler is still not a feature on lemmy yet, so as a workaround mark the post as NSFW and include (Spoiler JP) or (Spoiler GL) in the title for JP and global respectively.

As for what kind of content is allowed, anything goes, even AI art (but this must be marked as (AI) in the title) as long as it is related to Blue Archive and doesn't break Burggit's and this community's rules. This will be revisited in the future. Oh, if you can, cite your sources too, either in the comments or the post itself but it won't be removed if it's not there. I'm looking at if we can get the SauceNao bot working here.

From shitjustworks defederation post. I'm not particularly into lolis, but I figured stuff I like will be judged and lumped in together with the broader "underage depictions" and will be banned anyway. It's kinda sad that we're defederated from the big ones as it will hamper our growth, and I'm not much of a poster myself. So I've taken it upon myself to comment more and maybe start posting soon to help.

NSFW and Rules (burggit.moe)

I personally quite like the vibe that the Blue Archive subreddit has. The comments under every fanarts consists of combinations of horny, funny and wholesome factor. I imagine by the nature of them being on reddit, completely NSFW fanarts and stuff is completely banned. Should straight up porn be allowed here or those should go to the lewd loli community on burggit?

I can't decide so everything goes for now as long as it doesn't break burggit's rules. Maybe I'll ask this again when this community grows further if that ever happens.

I am not a guide maker and it seems like most of the helpful stuff is still either on reddit or discord but I'll try my best to help if I can (I'm only one month in at level 57 myself lol).
