Well, while TASS has neutral articles but knowing that it is Russian state news agency you should take everything from it with a freight train of salt. I'm Russian, I live in Russia and I witness how this propaganda captured minds of regular people. But unfortunately it also aimed to people from abroad and it seems that it works. And I'm glad that other countries take measurements against it but unfortunately it is still strong. It is so freaking difficult to change people's minds sometimes it's feels that it's easier to physically eliminate the source of the propaganda and I hope that Ukrainian army will soon start to attack Russian TV towers and TV centers (these are formally civilizan objects but I approve such attacks).

You can't compare these news agencies with Russian ones. Russian propaganda is very powerful. More powerful that you can imagine. I suggest you to read independent Russian news sites like Meduza https://meduza.io/en

No but you should be careful while reading such articles because they are intended to make you believe any nonsense.

Yeah, Russian state news agency. Very credible source. At least you can learn from this article that Slutsky is a clown. Just like anyone from Russian government.

You guessed it right. There are several effective circumvention methods. But unfortunately VPN/VPS subnetworks are often used for malicious activity so some services restrict access form such nets.

Well, it's a VPS subnet (I use VPN). And I live in a country that is slowly becoming like N. Korea (and it has common border).

My subnet is banned from Reddit (and from some Lemmy instances).

Hello. For some reason I don't have access to slrpnk.net and feddit.org. I tried to connect from another IP and it worked. My IPv4 is 89.169.34.191. Is it banned on these instances?
