The burden of proof is on the side that accused you

All the games o can't play on linux are exactly this Roblox and their anticheat blocking wine Tarkov and it's anticheat etc.

Even VR games with my quest 2 can run on linux just fine

Imagine there being 2 portals on the shovel one on the front and one on the back Whatever passes through remains in the same place. THIS is the actual analoge for the rusty hole. Entering the first portal the shit gains the speed of the shovel but since the exit portal is also traveling with the same speed but facing the opposite direction, it effectively cancels out the previous speed gain. Imagine it like the first portal adding one unit of speed to it and the exit one adding minus one unit of speed because of the opposite direction.

So now with one portal on the shovel and the other somewhere on a wall the shit gets accelerated and you will feel a force acting on the shovel that decelerates it's swing.

Velocity is relative and this is why it works. If velocity wasn't relative then Einstein would be wrong and many of the effects we see in the real world could never happen.

Worst case scenario, they won't respond for requests for the actual content of the video untill the duration of the advert passes.

New place for people created

Almost no moderation, real freedom

It becomes mainstream

Corporations take over

Make as much profit as possible

The place loses its initial charm

That's the cycle more or less. You can apply it to internet or to other things. You can look at the privacy aspect, at the freedom or any other.

The internet was taken over by gigant corporations and had it's former soul sucked out of it.

VR Chat is still a place without that much moderation or corporate control. I wouldn't say it's mainstream but facebook already tried taking over that space.

You can even find this in real places like America.
People who could get there were free, could start a new life. Then the USA became just another country with (not a corporation but) a government there to "moderate" people and spy on them and eventually become a global superpower.

That's all i had to say. I know it's slightly off topic but i really think its important. This is the video that made me think about all of this https://youtu.be/4PHT-zBxKQQ

Bugs. People that are into linux have enough compium and often the expertise to fix broken stuff that otherwise would work on windows. Your average user will quit after too many things don't work out of the box.

Before complete migrating to here my reddit home feed got some random subreddits i never visited. Like random posts from r/doordash The quality of the feed just declined but reddit is still very usable I personally think this protest is an utter failure
