The last few years, when everyone just collectively decided to ignore the reasons for the war in Ukraine, followed by the mainstream support for Israel's genocide, have completely destroyed my faith in people thinking for themselves. They believe whatever they are told, period, and the ones that know better tow the line anyway to avoid being the outsider. It disgusts me. All these people are capable of is regurgitating and propping up the mainstream narrative.
